Born and raised in Fairfax, California our earliest childhood memories involve adventuring in the beautiful open space surrounding our hometown and looking for lizards, newts, and whatever else we could catch. We were both introduced to ceramics in high school, but fell deeper in love with the art form at different times. Aidan continued in college, then practiced at a small studio in southern Japan. I rediscovered my passion through teaching at a studio in Los Angeles. Now living in the same city, we make pottery rooted in shared memories, exposed clay and earth tones inspired by the places and people we love.
